Rent Payment Overview
- 1.) Due Date: Rent is due on the first of each month and late by the 5th of the month. We accept payment in the form of online payments, cashier's checks, or money orders only. We do not accept personal checks or cash. If you have questions about your rent, please consult your lease. If you still have questions, please contact your property manager at 503-321-5140 x 3.
- 2.) Late Fees: We will be forced to charge a late fee if your rent is not received on time. We apply the rules evenly across all residnts and under all circumstances, so we just are not able to make exceptions. We consider a rent payment that is mailed to us on time if the post-mark on the envelope is the 5th of the month or earlier.
- 3.) Paying Online: If you are signed up for the Resident Portal, paying rent is very, very easy…just go to the Resident Portal. If you are paying via electronic bill pay from your financial institution, be sure to include your property address and unit number (if applicable) in the “memo” section.

4.) Paying by Cashier’s Check or Money Order: Please make your cashier’s check or money order payable to Grid Property Management, LLC. Remember…we do not accept any form of personal check and we do not accept cash. Please plan accordingly
